shorter in debut than the #4 .. 2b-finished ahead of top
one @ 26-1 last .. may be improving .. 2 back not bad ..

moved forward last out .. this one just may be getting
better with each start .. 2/2b-boths halves broke maiden
last .. like the 2b’s race better .. but 2 won at the
distance .. 1/1a-#1’s been facing better 4th vs Lisas
Booby Trap 3 back .. 1-speed ½ .. #8-looked like on the
improve when they tried synthetic surface last out ..
drops and returns to dirt ..

#5-2nd this condition 2 back .. 3rd last in tougher
condition .. may be sittin on a race .. #2-Straight “N
Narrow .. beat better in -09-.. ran well -10- debut then
had excuses next two .. but still ran O.K. .. like chances
if he gets a clean trip .. #6-ran well Lakes debut beat
$7500’s .. nows steps up meets tougher is M/L 8-5 .. may
be this good but too short for me .. #3-broke maiden vs
$7500’s last and is 5-2 M/L 2nd choice ..

#3-lone speed .. Davila/Baker tough to beat .. don’t like
short priced faves .. but lone speeds are tough to beat ..
unless something steps up this one calls the shots .. #2-
should improve with added distance … #5-closed well behind
top one last .. but top one may not be pressed today .. #8-
showed speed going turns but don’t know if he’ll show
speed sprinting

#6-last 3 going 6F very good ..improving horse ..last vs
much tougher .. looks like he’s ready to run a big one ..
#4- goes route to sprint .. looks like going back to best
distance .. may be on the improve .. #3-excuse still
won .. don’t usually like to play horses coming off maiden
win if they didn’t win easily ..

#1-looks like distance specialist 14 for 24 .. 6 wins .. a
91 par –best in field .. should get good setup .. 1a- 0-15
@ distance #4-likes distance 18 for 29 with 5 wins ..
#3-looks like main speed but will probably be tested by #5
& #7 .. won’t get an easy lead .. don’t know what he’ll
have left in the stretch .. #7-very sharp .. but 5 ½ is
better distance ..
8th Race Ex., Tri., DD,
*#4-Marlenes Pearl (2-1) *#1-Midnight Abbey (5-2) #3-
Saratoga Tiger (4-1) #5-Northern Berkshire (5-1)
#4-tough to use a 1-17 on top ..but this one is running
well .. definitely shows an affinity to 2nd & 3rd place
finishes .. #1-finished ahead of top one 2 back .. and
behind her last .. gets blinkers today .. may get this one
home .. #3-good speed in -10- debut .. broke maiden this
distance then ran 2 bad ones ..lets see how she goes 2nd
off layoff .. #5-sprinter going route .. ran in Niagara
stakes 2 bad .. ran a decent 5th .. may have a shot .;.
9th Race Ex., Tri, Super
*#1-Charming Officer (5-1) *#8-Smokin Racer (7-2) #7-Spa
Princess (6-5) #4-Hailey Keen (10-1)
#1-won off drop .. won last 3 when going for $4K tag ..
think this one will stalk the 7 .. he 7 should have plenty
of company on front end .. #8- 12 for 16 distance .. 19
for 24 Lakes ..see this one getting the same trip as the
one .. but may just get wider trip .. #7-cuts back off 6F
win last .. just hung on after opening up by 7 .. may get
front but it should be contested and I think one of the
top two choices will run this one down .. #4-if this one
can get out of the gate clean .. this one can be a player
through the lane .. can win but getting a clean start
often a problem
