Bob Pandolfo - otherwise known as Pandy, has been handicapping professionally for 23 years. His popular "Pandycapping" columns on thoroughbred handicapping and harness handicapping have appeared in many publications including The Daily Racing Form, and Sports Eye, and currently at www.ustrotting.com/handicapping/pandolfo/pandy.cfm. Pandolfo is also a regular contributor to American Turf Monthly www.americanturf.com. Pandolfo developed the popular Diamond System handicapping software, a compounded rating system that spots live longshots and has correctly tabbed many double-digit winners at both thoroughbred and harness tracks. Pandolfo's "Pandy's Picks" are legendary among savvy New York throughbred and harness players, and his record at the Southern California flat tracks the past few years is amazing.
Bruce Battaglia - Odds Maker began handicapping professionally in 1970, making the morning line odds for River Downs located near Cincinnati, Ohio. He was soon hired by many of the Kentucky tracks, such as Keeneland, Churchill Downs, Ellis Park and Turfway Park to create the morning line odds for their track programs. He also produced the morning line odds for Arlington Park from 1975 until 1985. Bruce was the featured horse racing handicapper for the Louisville Courier Journal and the Cincinnati Post. Today, Bruce writes for Las Vegas Gaming Today and has made the winter book Kentucky Derby odds for Las Vegas casinos and Caliente in Mexico. He has been a professional odds maker and handicapper all of his adult life and now brings over 39 years of racing knowledge and experience to the Trackside Broadcasting Network.
Steve Terjanian - Better known as “Catskill” Steve in Monticello Raceway circles has been handicapping harness races since the late 60’s when he was snuck into Monticello, Yonkers and Roosevelt by his late brother and father. In later years, The Meadowlands was added to his list of tracks to handicap. In recent years, most of my time is devoted to Monticello. The early part of 2000 saw me with a weekly segment on the TVG Racing Network where I was interviewed via the phone and gave out my plays of the day at the Mighty M and my reasons for liking the horses. In 2001 I was the harness handicapper for the Horsecappertv.com web page with daily picks and spot plays at all the tracks on the NY, NJ and PA circuits. I am an active member of the U.S. Harness Writers Association and produce a weekly column for the USTA web page www.ustrotting.com. I look forward to enhancing the Trackside Broadcasting web site with my 35 years plus in harness handicapping experience. Current picks:

I grew up and been around horses and the race track all my life. I would read the Daily Racing Form or the Mourning Telegraph after my Dad was done with them. I got my first license at age 15 at old Tropical Park, my first owners license in the mid seventies while in college and my trainers license in 1981. Won my first race in May of that year at Hialeah Park which to this day is my favorite race track. I've raced around in Florida during the winters and in the East, northeast and the Midwest in the summer. My biggest win as a trainer came on the under card of Ferdinands 1986 derby win. We won the WHAS Stake which was for two year olds. Made a little score that day too. I no longer train but follow the races daily. I'm a Daily Racing Form guy and use the charts which I download and save from several tracks and am big into pedigree books and handicapping also. My selections will be from tracks I follow and my spot plays will be from certain types of races I feel I am strong at and have a strong opinion on. Good luck and good racing.
"The Coach" has been handicapping thoroughbreds since 1970, and used his acquired knowledge to help pay the expenses while earning a BA at Rutgers University in 1975. "I used to hop on a train into New York City, then go to Belmont, Aqueduct or the OTB betting parlors to play. I'm sure I studied the pages of The Form more then I did my accounting books." In 1987 he got into ownership through American Thoroughbreds, LTD, and ultimately ran the operation in South Florida for the Pennsylvania based company. "We brought many new people into the game, and the time I spent on the backstretch, with trainers like John Lenzini, really opened my eyes as to where you can find the important information as to a horse's readiness, those key elements you cannot find in the pages of the racing form." Auricchio has combined his two loves, horseracing and basketball, over the past 20 years and uses the equine sport to relax and get away from the rigors of coaching basketball at the professional level. "The day to day involvement with professional athletes makes you astutely aware as to why simply looking at the Racing Form, and what a horse has accomplished, is not enough in predicting the outcome of a race. You learn that one great outing doesn't necessarily mean a repeat is in the offing. You need to see the signs." Those signals are some of the things he will share with you in his selections. "I don't have one scenario in handicapping the races. I use pace, class, patterns and stats like everyone else but my experiences help me isolate horses who are ready to go." And that should help you increase you bankroll and joy of the sport. Current picks:
Darien Francis-Thoroughbred Handicapper
Joe Mancuso also known as JOTB and I have been handicapping Finger Lakes Racetrack for over 35 years. My father owned horses at Finger Lakes since I was 10 years old, so I started spending time around the track and on the backside at the barns at an early age. I handicap and play Finger Lakes every day. I've developed a handicapping system that along with my favorite angles has been very profitable for me. My favorite plays are the picks, the pick-3, and the pick-4. You will find that my betting strategies won't cost you too much but, the profits can be quite lucrative. I would like to share my selections and betting startigies with others that love the game the same as I do. The bets I give you will be the bets I'm making so when I win you win!!! One of the best things I learned from my father who loved this game, was that whether you win or lose you do so with a smile because you are doing something you really enjoy. Current picks:
